Eat smaller portions. The less food you eat, the less food you have to buy which means the less money you spend on food. Walk more. I have a grocery store 2 1/2 blocks from me. Shame on me for driving there especially when I only need one or two items. I can’t even use…

So my mumsy and I just decided that:
after my half marathon on February 11th
I will increase my time for my half marathon on May 6th.
From then on I will sign up for halves, or a full in this coming Fall,
Until I sign up for the Newport, Oregon marathon (not this June but the following June)
And use that one to try and qualify for the BOSTON MARATHON that following April (because its really flat and i could probably make a good time).
So basically the goal is to train for the boston for the April the year after I will have already graduated. WAY OUT THERE. But i am excited!
